El Jebel City Market
Every City Market in the valley will credit you five cents for each bag you bring in which is used to pack your groceries, including their own plastic bags.
Hours: The bin is inside the front door. City Market is open from 6 am to 11 pm.
Accepts: Plastic bags that are light and translucent.
